The Organizing Committee has secured preferential rates for the Conference participants. You can book your accommodation at the below rates through the online registration system.
If you select a half double room you need to find on your own the other person to share with. Both persons must select a half-double room and use the same shared code (as provided in the registration system) during booking.

- The accommodation rates are All Inclusive, per night and are inclusive of V.A.T.
Occupancy city tax of 4€ per night per room is not included in the room rates and it is payable by the guests directly at the hotel. - Half Double room can be selected by participants who wish to share a room with a colleague. Please note that it is participant’s responsibility to find the person who will share the room with.
